Since 1943, Camp Pacific has been a staple of summer at Army and Navy Academy, affording boys and girls aged 8 – 16 beachside recreational opportunities focused on teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-improvement.

Our prime location right on Carlsbad Beach gives our campers a true Southern California experience.

Co-ed Summer Camps at Army and Navy Academy offer an ideal environment for positive growth, fostering socialization, decision-making skills, and self-confidence, among many other life skills.

Camp Pacific Summer Camps

Make your summer camp selection with confidence knowing your camper will receive attentive care and support — a dedicated staff focused on mentoring campers provides the oversight essential in maintaining an atmosphere of physical and emotional safety.

Camp Pacific Classic

Promoting excitement and memorable summer days, and nights, Camp Pacific Classic is a traditional summer recreation camp focused on fun. Stimulating instruction, exciting excursions, and sensational afternoon recreation, promote educational engagement as campers participate in creative weekly activity clinics, daily skill classes, and afternoon free-choice activities taking full advantage of ANA’s beachfront property.

Camp Pacific ESOL

The English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) programs at Camp Pacific ESOL offer a three level (beginning intermediate, and advanced) standards-based integrated skills course

ANA’s program involves engaging content that motivates your camper to learn while developing strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Participants engage in group, paired, and individualized instruction, utilizing a variety of instructional mediums and technology support. When not in class, your camper with join others in various creative and fun recreational activities.

Camp Pacific Summer Days

Experiencing fun and adventure while staying close to home, Camp Pacific Summer Days campers will enjoy a wide range of entertaining and fun daily activities, instructional classes, and seaside games. With optional weekend field trips available for a minimal fee, campers have the opportunity to fill their summer schedules with lasting memories.

•  Cost: $950

•  M – F, 8am – 4:30pm

•  Session 1: 7/1/19 – 7/12/19

•  Session 2: 7/15/19 – 7/26/19

With emphasis placed on safety, personal development, and sportsmanship, campers experience all the benefits of community life.

Summer Campers will:

  • Feel safe and secure with staff supervision, on-site medical services, and camp security
  • Enjoy full access to our oceanfront campus facilities, including a state-of-the-art gymnasium, cafeteria, library, media center, recreation center, swimming pool, tennis courts, athletic field, and private beach access

0730 – 0810 Cleanup and change time
0820 – 0950 Morning Activity 1 (ESOL will have class time)
0950 – 1000 Transition
1000 – 1120 Morning Activity 2 (ESOL will continue to have class)
1130 – 11450 Roll Call and Daily Choice Presentation
1145 – 1230 Lunch
1300 – 1420 Afternoon Activity 1 (Camp Pacific and ESOL)
1430 – 1550 Afternoon Activity 2 (Camp Pacific and ESOL)
1600 – 1650 Afternoon Chill Out/Rec Hall
1700 – 1745 Roll Call and Dinner
1745 – 1830 Cabin Activity
1830 – 1930 Evening Activity/Intramurals
1930 – 2030 Rec Hall and Camp Fire
2100 – 2200 Evening Inspection /Cabin Time
2200 Lights Out
