SUMMER LEADERSHIP CAMP
Academy by the Sea is an exclusive summer leadership camp experience for bold, brilliant campers entering grades 7 through 12. During a two-week adventure at the Army and Navy Academy in Carlsbad, CA, campers will learn the fundamentals of leadership, go on fun and educational field trips, and engage in beach and other outdoor activities. LEARN TO LEAD
Academy by the Sea isn’t just another summer camp. Campers learn the foundations of leadership in a fast-paced, fun program over two weeks at our beachfront campus in Carlsbad, California. They’ll learn ways to develop communication skills, self-confidence, teamwork, and time management through engaging activities and guided exploration.
EXPERIENCE ADVENTURES
Summer camp is all about fun. We have an exciting schedule of trips and activities, including visits to local museums, theme parks, ropes and obstacle courses, games, and other guided activities.
IMPLEMENT NEW SKILLS
Outside of leadership labs, campers implement their new skills hands-on while exploring effective communication styles, team building, coaching, and mentoring under the supervision of experienced staff.
