SFC Veronica Parker retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. SFC Parker teaches LET I. She served as an Academy TAC Officer for 4 years prior to joining the faculty in 2001. She is the official Academy parade announcer and is the advisor to the JROTC Leadership and Academic teams. She is a certified Red Cross Instructor for First Aid, Lay Responder, and AED. She is a certified in subject matter expert in the JROTC curriculum. Additionally, she holds a degree in Captioning for the Hearing Impaired and enjoys working with hearing impaired students who attend night classes at various colleges. She is mentor to young girls at her church where she performs praise dances. She loves fashion and shops as a hobby. She is an accomplished pianist and violinist.
