Darrin Knox

Darrin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge (School of Arts, Media and Communications).

Darrin was previously employed by Rockwell International in both the Space Transportations Systems Division and North American Aircraft Operations. He was part of the Space Shuttle program during the Columbia and Atlantis projects and the B1-B program.

Darrin has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Miramar College for the San Diego Community College District. Classes taught included: Identifying Psychological and Medical Problems, Suicide Prevention, Chemical Agents, Sexual Harassment and Ethics.

Darrin was a member the Alpha Iota College Honor Society and has been recognized for outstanding achievement by the San Diego Juvenile Justice Commission and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, sailing, golfing, going to church, and traveling. Darrin is also a photographer and his photographs have appeared in a variety of newspapers and magazines including the Los Angeles Times.

Darrin is pleased to be part of the Admission Department at Army and Navy Academy and is proud to be part of a school that has a mission to educate, mentor, and develop good character and leadership in young men.
